Pune: Hindu Economic Forum (HEF) Pune Chapter successfully concluded SHAKTI Summit 2026 at the Pune International Centre, presenting a strategic roadmap aimed at accelerating India’s journey toward Viksit Bharat 2047.

The summit served as an execution-focused platform for Bharat’s Strategic Power Framework, covering key sectors including Strategic Defence & Aerospace, Hindu Temple Economy, Artificial Intelligence, Knowledge & Media, Technology, and Infrastructure.

SHAKTI Summit 2026 focused on advancing indigenous Artificial Intelligence capabilities, unlocking domestic venture capital, and strengthening strategic self-reliance (Atmanirbharta) across critical defence and economic sectors.

The event was attended by Jishnu Dev Varma, Hon’ble Governor of Maharashtra, who graced the summit as the Chief Guest and delivered a special address.

He emphasized the need for stronger collaboration among government, industry, investors, and knowledge institutions to drive India’s long-term economic growth and strategic self-reliance.

One of the major highlights of SHAKTI Summit 2026 was the unveiling of the $500 Million Pune AI Vision by Partex.AI. The roadmap aims to establish Pune as a global hub for applied artificial intelligence through a phased development strategy.

The initiative begins with a $50 million foundation phase, which includes distributed GPU clusters and an AI Model Foundry. The long-term vision scales to a $500 million platform designed to train more than 100,000 professionals while developing export-ready AI solutions for defence, manufacturing, and healthcare sectors.

Another key attraction at SHAKTI Summit 2026 was the display of ISACA, India’s first indigenously developed Autonomous Surface Vessel, by Accurate Industrial Controls.

The vessel has undergone Indian Navy-evaluated trials and integrates artificial intelligence, sensor fusion technologies, and indigenous collision-avoidance software.

The development represents a significant advancement in India’s maritime autonomy capabilities and indigenous defence technology ecosystem.
